成都国际职教城共享示范区(三校一中心)项目建设项目总占地面积约436000平方米规划总建筑面积约691000平方米，新建2条配套道路。项目作为职教城的起步示范区位于淮州新城职教西区，是成都国际职教城四大共享中心之一的职教共享中心。主要建设内容包括:教学楼、实训楼、地库看台、地库、宿舍楼、宿舍区地下车库、体育馆、图书馆文化中心、共享商业、体验中心等。
