项目位于西藏自治区日喀则市拉孜县，总投资约114000万元，用地面积约450亩。建设内容主要包括自石灰石矿山开采、破碎及输送，辅助原料进厂至水泥成品出厂以及与之相配套的生产、生活辅助设施，9WM纯低温余热发电系统，预留城市垃圾、城市污泥处置系统，固废处置系统，骨料生产线等设施用地。本项目属西藏自治区建材业“十三五”发展规划重点项目和日喀则市重点扶贫项目，建成后，在化解当地水泥供需矛盾，解决当地人员就业和助力日喀则市社会经济发展将发挥重要作用。

4000t/d clinker cement production line and supporting facilities project

The project is located in Lazi County, Shigatse City, Tibet, with a total investment of about RiMB 114,000 milion yuan and a land area of about450 mu. The construction content mainly includes mining, crushing and transportation from limestone mines, auxllary raw materials entering thefactory to cement finished products leaving the factory, as wellas supporting producion and iving auxlianry facllties, 9WM pure low-temperaturewaste heat power generaton system, and reserved municipal waste and municipal sludge disposal systems, soid waste disposal systemaggregate production ine and other faclties. This proiec is a key proiect ofthe "Thirteenth Five-Year" development plan of the building matenalsindustry in Tibet and a key poverty aevialion project in Shigatse. After completion, it wll play an important role in resolving the coniradictionbetween local cement supply and demand, soling the employment of local people and assisting the social and economic development oiShiaatse.
