以BOT方式建设运营，总投资40000万元，规划占地104.7亩，采用机械炉排炉工艺，焚烧生活垃圾产生余热发电。本项目建设标准高，烟气排放达到欧盟2010标准。该项目的建成投产，将实现垃圾处理无害化、减量化和资源化，极大改观长垣县的城市面貌、生态环境和投资环境，具有明显的社会效益。

It is constructed and operated in BOT mode, with atotal investment of RMB 40,000 million yuan and aplanned area of 104.7 mu. lt uses a mechanicalgrate fumace process to incinerate domesticwaste to generate waste heat for power genera-tion. The construction standard of this project ishigh, and the flue gas emission meets the EU 2010standard. When the project is completed and putinto operation, it will realize the reduction,harmlessness and resource utilization of waste dispos-al, greatly improve the urban appearance, ecologi-cal environment and investment environment ofChangyuan County, with obvious social benefits.
