是中央预算内保障安居工程配套基础设施建设资金以及中央和省级城镇保障性安居工程专项资金建设项目，项目总用地面积100余亩，总建筑面积237395平方米。配套建设幼儿园2座、地下停车库、景观中心广场、全民活动场地、儿童游乐区，区域内给排水管网、供配电及照明设施和消防、绿化工程、全民健身场所等。
