项目位于宜宾市翠屏区象鼻街道元水村、方碑村地块，规划用地约1007300平方米，酿酒车间总建筑面积419000平方米。项目将建设15栋传统酿酒窖房(85跨)、1栋观光厂房、7栋收酒房、3栋糠壳蒸煮车间、1栋锅炉房、1栋消防动力中心、1栋中央厨房、3栋门卫室、3栋驿站、若干个室外机动车和非机动车停车场以及宋公河河道治理、管沟、桥梁、道路及硬化铺装、绿化景观、管网、排洪沟等配套工程。

The project is located in Yuanshui Village and Fangbei Vilage, Xiangbi Street, Cuiping Distnict, Yibin City, with aplanned land area of about 1,007,300 square meters and a total construction area of 419.000 square meters for thebrewery. The project wll construct 15 traditional brewing cellars (85 plants), 1 sightseeing factory, 7 wine collectionrooms, 3 chaff shell cooking workshops, 1 boiler house, 1 fire-fighting power center, 1 central kitchen, 3 guardhouses, 3 post stations, several outdoor motorized and non-motorized parking lots, and the Songgong River fiverchannel management, pipeline ditches, bridges, roads and hardening and paving, greening and landscaping, pipelinenetworks, drainage ditches and other supporting projects.
